Whilst operating a gearbox service the old gearbox oil is removed, followed by the Sump Pan and Integrated Filter. Next, we would remove any debris that may have accumulated then we change the Mechatronic Sleeve. The Mechatronic Sleeve is likely to be responsible for leaks in the gearbox. Our technicians then fit a new Sump Pan and Integrated Filter, fill this with new ZF Lifeguard Oil and then re-teach your transmission values. All whilst complying to ZF’s strict protocol for issuing a new gearbox and maintaining a strong service.
